PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. The Raleigh (NC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is proud to be the 30th chapter of the Southern Area, chartered on April 18, 1949. Our membership includes 55 professional, dedicated, and talented women, along with 20 alumna members, all working together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved populations in the Raleigh community. As chapter president, it is a privilege to serve alongside such committed members, honoring the legacy of our founders, Margaret Rosell Hawkins and Sarah Strickland Scott, and highlighting the values of friendship and service that guide us.
We are excited to share our journey with you and invite you to join us as we continue to expand our community outreach. Together, we have increased our impact by more than 75% through initiatives such as Breast Cancer Awareness and Opportunity Outreach; Links International Foreign Affairs and Business Empowerment for Youth in partnership with International Focus (NGO); and Dress for Success collaboration implementing the Armayne G. Dunston “Dressing Her from the Inside Out” program. These efforts, along with others, have enabled our chapter to contribute thousands of service hours to the greater Raleigh community. We are also proud of our ongoing commitment to our leadership academy, support for local seniors, and recognition of women leaders at our annual Emerald Awards program.
In 2026, we marked our 77th anniversary of dedicated service to Raleigh. The phenomenal women of our chapter continue to donate their time and talents to enrich the lives of everyone in our community. We welcome your involvement in our programs.
We look forward to connecting with you and sharing the impact we are making together. Thank you for your interest in the Raleigh Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and visiting our website.
